Apartment with a balcony
- The price of the apartment with a balcony is 2,100 CZK per night for two people.
- Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Check-out is until 10:00 AM.
- An alternative date is possible by prior arrangement.
- Bicycle storage is not included in the apartments (agreement in advance).
- Stays in the apartments are for adults and children from 7 years old.
- Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
- Parking is not included in the price of the stay, and public parking in Mikulov is available.
- A 10% discount on the purchase of wine bottles in our wine shop is available for guests.
- When booking directly for 2 or more nights, a free bottle of wine is included.
Family apartment with terrace
- The price of the apartment with a terrace is 2,700 CZK per night for four people.
- Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Check-out is until 10:00 AM.
- An alternative date is possible by prior arrangement.

- Stays in the apartments are for adults and children from 7 years old.

The reservation during the time of Pálava Wine Harvest Festival is for a minimum of 3 nights and the price is negotiable.
We can issue a gift voucher for a specific or open date, and after payment, we will send it to you electronically or by post.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
- Cancellation 13-6 days before arrival: 50% of the accommodation price.
- Cancellation 5 days or less before arrival: 100% of the accommodation price.”
Small individual wine tasting
- Small individual wine tasting 6 samples of premium wines from the Baláž winery (60-90 min).
- Tasting bites (sausage, cheese, bread) and water.
- The price is 255 CZK per person.
Large individual wine tasting
- 10 samples of selected wines from Baláž winery (90-120 minutes).
- Tasting snacks (sausage, cheese, bread) and water.
- The price is 355 CZK per person.
